We reserve the right to change listed prices without notice, this refers to all Items not currently "sold". We will honor the price of any sold item at the time the item was sold. We will not be responsible for items damaged and/or lost in shipping. All items shipped through this company will be insured unless otherwise specified in the item description or by mutual agreement between the customer and a representative of this company. All items on this website are NEW items unless otherwise specified in the description of the item. Items that are sold as used are sold "As Is" and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. New items may be returned for any reason as long as we are contacted within 24 hours of receipt of the item with your intention to return said item. All trade marks, names, and logo's displayed on this web site are the property of those organization. We are authorized retailers of these items and claim no affiliation to those organizations beyond that.

All transactions conducted through Paypal will be shipped to the address you have confirmed with Paypal, no exceptions. Further more, UPS will not deliver packages to post office boxes, so if your confirmed Paypal address is a post office box your payment will be refunded, and your item will not be shipped. We do use USPS priority mail for small items under 1 lb., in these instances PO boxes are acceptable.
